Attorney Jonathan Street attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville for his undergraduate studies and Wake Forest University Law School. Wake Forest Law School is an accredited law school and is consistently ranked as a Top Tier law school by U.S. News and World Report. While attending Wake Forest Law School, Mr. Street served as the President of the school’s Criminal Law Roundtable group.

Mr. Street is admitted to practice in all Tennessee Courts, both State and Federal. Over the course of his legal career, Mr. Street has represented many criminal defendants charged with a wide array of crimes ranging from assault, DUI, drug charges, aggravated assault, and attempted murder.

Mr. Street has successfully had evidence suppressed in cases, achieved acquittals in jury trials, and convinced prosecutors to dismiss cases prior to trial. While no one can promise any particular result in any given case, Mr. Street will work hard to ensure your legal rights are protected and the result of your case meets with your satisfaction.

Mr. Street is a member of the Nashville Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. For the past few years, Mr. Street has also agreed to serve as Post Advisor to a Law Exploring Post focusing on trial practice.
